Argan Oil and Its Benefits

Argan oil is a plant oil pressed from the nut of the fruit of the Argan tree. It's gaining reputation both as an ingredient in high-end, personal-care products and as a heart-healthy gourmet product worldwide. In this article, I will be focusing more on Argan oil and its benefits for skin care.

Argan Oil is a traditional oil that's rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids.  Argan Oil can be used for many areas including our skin as a daily moisturizer, skin treatment, treating spilt ends, and softening cuticles. It is mild and pleasant to use on all skin types and is believed to assist with skin problems including acne. People and companies are continuously coming up with new uses for this magical oil. Its antioxidant effect makes argan oil the optimal anti-aging product. It is to improve skin hydration and skin elasticity after only four weeks.

Here are some easy ways to include argan oil in your beauty regimen:
  • Hair: Argan oil is a great product to add moisture to dry hair as well as add a little shine. Apply to your hair while it is still wet  or apply just to your dry ends after your hair is dry.
  • Scalp: Apply some argan oil to a cotton ball if you have dry scalp. Dab your scalp with the oil. If you do this before bed, you'll give the oil plenty of time to moisturize your scalp before you wash your hair in the morning.
  • Face: Apply pure Argan oil to your face, especially when it's too dry  your skin will be smooth, clear and radiant.
  • Body: You can use argan oil as a moisturizer to your whole body. Just apply it as you would with a body lotion or cream. Apply the oil right after you get out of your shower for best moisturizing results.
  • Hands: It is also excellent to apply on your hands and cuticles if they are prone to dryness, cracking and peeling.

Argan Oil easily absorbs into skin to give you a youthful, radiant glow, and has astonishing healing, conditioning, and anti-aging properties to keep your skin and hair nourished and revitalized and to keep you looking beautiful from head to toe. Whatever your age may be, it’s essential to nourish and protect your skin from external elements (sun, wind, cold).
